To buy or sell currency, you must be of legal age and provide your original, valid identification document (DNI, NIE, or passport). Additionally, for large amounts, we require a document verifying the source of the funds and your professional title.

You can check the currency exchange rate in real time on Google—that is, the current market rate at that moment. That rate is purely virtual and applies only to wholesale markets; we and other currency exchange bureaus must use a rate adjusted to the actual street rate.

No, at this time we only handle foreign banknotes. We do, however, provide euro coins.

We do not have a minimum amount for currency exchange; you can perform any currency exchange transaction, no matter how small or large. We’ll need additional documentation depending on the amount of the transaction. We also recommend that you contact our call center (91 761 71 70) if it’s a large amount so we can provide personalized service and advise you on the documentation required.

Yes, you can stop by any of our offices to make the change, with or without a reservation. You can also use your code at any office, even if you didn't select that office when you made your reservation.
