In accordance with the provisions of section 3 b) of the Third Additional Provision of Law 22/2015, of July 5, on Auditing of Accounts, the Board of Directors of Money Exchange, SA, at its meeting held on 23 / 03/2018, and for the reasons allowed in said Provision, it has agreed that the Administration Body will assume the functions of the Entity’s Audit Committee.
